Ingredients
packaged peanut butter cookie mix
1
lb 4 ounces
dark chocolate
32
ounces
heavy cream
Instructions
Put chocolate in bowl.
Bring heavy cream to a simmer
Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 1 min.
Gently stir to blend, strain and cool.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
Whip ganache in standing mixer to desired peak.
