I’m so excited to announce that I opened an etsy shop! Last year I created these cute sprinkle caramels. As you may know (or may not) I went to pastry school back in 2010. My first job out of school was a pastry cook where I mostly made tons of cookies. At times, I was put on special projects like making candy and chocolate treats. This is where I fell in love with making (and eating) caramel.
Last year I took the plunge and I created packaging to eventually sell them online. Well here they are, a year later, just in time for Valentines day.
